I would like to have a custom part made or I need a custom part not listed here?

We can help you achieve unique custom parts that will make your ride stand out from the crowd. MRZ Performance works with state of the art CNC equipment to achieve unequalled work. We can use a variety of materials and process to make the exact parts you have in mind; 6061T6 billet aluminum, stainless steel, brass, carbon fiber, acrylic, you name it. You can submit your own design or we can make it come to life for you from; a picture, a sketch, a description, a drawing file.

How can I be sure the custom parts MRZ makes for me is going to be like what I have in mind?

On all custom parts request, we will do a sketch of the design applied on the actual part you will receive. This sketch will be send to you via email for approval. We will wait for your comments on the sketch. If you approve, we will continue processing your order. If you reject the sketch, we will modify until you fully approve the design. The sketch will show reflect exactly what you will receive.

How do I order?

There are two ways to order: online ordering or e-mail. If ordering by e-mail, just send a list of the items you are interested in along with your options preferences and shipping address. We will reply your email in a timely manner with all the information needed to complete your order.

How soon will my order ship?

Typically our turnaround time for orders is 2-3 business days unless otherwise noted. ALL custom order requires an additional 7 days to make the parts.

How will MRZ ship my order?

We ship daily with Canada Post, Canadian equivalent of US Postal Services (USPS), we can use other rush shipping service depending on your needs. All U.S.A. or International packages send as gift or sample so you will not have to pay extra fees at arrival of your package.

Can you ship my parts faster?

Yes, we can use different rush service to ship your orders depending on your needs. You can specify at checkout or email us directly with your request at sales@mrzperformance.com.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we will ship parts worldwide daily.

I did not received a reply to my email or request?

We check our emails several times a day. We always do our best to reply in a timely manner to all requests. Most replies are sent within a couple of hours. Please be sure that your email spam filter did not removed our email from your inbox. If you did not get a reply to your request, contact us again via email at sales@mrzperformance.com or by phone at 418-226-2802. Please leave a message if nobody answers your call.

What if I need help installing a part?

We provide detailed instructions with each part we sell that should be enough for even the most mechanically challenged to work through. However, if for any reason you can't seem to make it work, contact us and we will be glad to answer any questions you have.

The product I received does not fit on my car, what do I do?

MRZ Performance guarantees that each part will fit perfectly on your particular application and that is will meet your expectations. If a part that you receive does not fit your car, we fit exchange or modify it at no extra cost. We will pay for ground shipping of the part. Notify all problems before returning your part.

What is your return policy?

All items that are returned will need to be in new condition and in the original box. MRZ Performance will refund the payment, less actual shipping cost. Parts can not be returned after 30 days. Parts that are returned in less than new condition will not be accepted by the shipping dept. We always do our best to make all customers more than happy with the product they receive, if the part you received does not meet your expectations, let us know and we'll analyze the situation as fast as possible with you.
